Tiina Olkkonen

Tiina is an experienced advisor in investor and financial communications, specialising in communication for special situations. She has served as a senior advisor to executive teams in numerous communication situations requiring a deep understanding of business and strategy, both as a consultant and as a corporate executive.

Business-driven investor relations and strategic planning are Tiina’s key strengths. She has been responsible for communications in numerous IPO projects and complex corporate transactions.

Tiina has served as CEO of IR Partners until December 31, 2025. She continues as Chair of the company’s Board of Directors and as a senior advisor on demanding client assignments.

Before her entrepreneurial career in the communications sector, which began in 2011, Tiina worked as a communications director and member of the management team at several Finnish technology companies.

Tiina’s working languages are Finnish and English. She holds an MBA, and with her HHJ certification, she serves on the boards of two growth companies.

In her free time, Tiina can often be found on the tennis court or at the gym. She enjoys being on the water, and hiking in nature is an important way for her to recharge and restore her energy.
