Advisory Board
The Advisory Board acts as a strategic sparring partner to IR Partners’ management and Board of Directors. Its role is to bring external perspectives, experience and networks to support the company’s growth and business development. The Advisory Board’s expertise will support IR Partners, especially in growth, strategy execution, commercial development and navigating a changing market environment. The Advisory Board serves as an informal advisory body and does not participate in the company’s decision-making.
