Ilkka Oyj and Kaleva Media merged – IR Partners served as communications advisor

In April 2025, Ilkka Oyj and Kaleva Media announced that they would merge their media businesses into a new Finnish media company with a total of 22 strong regional media brands. IR Partners served as the communications advisor for the transaction, responsible for planning and executing both external and internal communications related to the deal. The work included updating the investment story, crafting key messages for different target groups, producing communication materials, and providing investor communications consulting.
