Johanna Grönroos has extensive experience in business leadership, building growth and corporate restructuring. She has held positions including Partner and Business Director at Ernst & Young, as well as leadership roles in growth and technology companies. Grönroos currently serves as CEO of Reduciner, a deeptech company she founded. She has experience with IPOs from both an adviser’s and company management’s perspective and brings expertise in growth, strategic transformation, technology and sustainability to the Advisory Board.
