IR Partners builds its next phase of growth – launches Advisory Board to support growth and business development

IR Partners, a specialist in strategic capital markets communications, is building its next phase of growth and launching an Advisory Board of experienced professionals with expertise in developing growth companies, strategy, capital markets and international business. Petri Niemi has been appointed Chair of the Advisory Board, with Johanna Grönroos and Jesper Brandt as members.

The Advisory Board will act as a strategic sparring partner to IR Partners’ management and Board of Directors. Its role is to bring external perspectives, experience and networks to support the company’s growth and business development. The Advisory Board’s expertise will support IR Partners in growth, strategy execution, commercial development, and navigating a changing market environment. The Advisory Board serves as an informal advisory body and does not participate in the company’s decision-making.

Strong growth and capital markets expertise on the Advisory Board

Petri Niemi, Chair of the Advisory Board, has extensive experience in developing growth companies, board work, M&A and capital markets. He has been involved in six First North listings as well as numerous investments and exits. Niemi brings expertise in growth management, strategic transformation, M&A and capital markets to the Advisory Board.

Advisory Board member Johanna Grönroos has extensive experience in business leadership, building growth and transforming companies. She has held positions including Partner and Business Director at Ernst & Young, as well as senior leadership roles in growth and technology companies. She currently serves as CEO of Reduciner, the deep-tech company she founded. Grönroos has experience with IPOs from both an adviser’s and company management’s perspective. She brings expertise in growth, strategic transformation, technology and sustainability to the Advisory Board.

Advisory Board member Jesper Brandt has extensive experience in strategic communications, business leadership and advising growth companies in Finland and Sweden. Based primarily in Sweden, he advises companies on growth strategies, capital raising and IPOs. Brandt founded King Street PR, which was sold to Rud Pedersen Group in 2021, and served as CEO of Miltton Sweden from 2023 to 2025. He brings expertise in Nordic markets, commercial growth and strong networks to the Advisory Board.
