Reaktor listed on Nasdaq Helsinki – IR Partners acted as communications adviser
Reaktor Group Plc, a Finnish technology company with global operations, listed on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki in June 2026. The initial public offering (IPO), comprising a share sale and a new share issue, was oversubscribed across all tranches. The company raised approximately EUR 20 million in gross proceeds from the share issue to finance its growth. Following the listing, Reaktor had more than 1,700 shareholders. The subscription price was EUR 8.25 per share, giving the company a market capitalisation of approximately EUR 210 million following the IPO.
IR Partners acted as Reaktor’s communications adviser and partner throughout the IPO process. We supported the Reaktor team in the strategic planning of IPO communications and marketing, the preparation of key communications and marketing materials, and the development of the structure and content of the company’s investor relations website.
