We design investor relations programs and annual communication calendars, and support the implementation of mutually agreed-upon measures. We partner with our clients in drafting press and stock exchange releases, producing financial reports (interim reports, annual reports, and sustainability reports), and organising shareholder meetings and Capital Markets Days (CMDs). We ensure that the processes and tools related to investor communications are in order and functioning properly. We train, coach, and support our clients both in their day-to-day work and in special situations related to disclosure obligations. We are there for our clients even during busy periods and exceptional circumstances, such as parental leave. We don’t hesitate to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
