Antti Nummela

Antti worked as an investment banker from 2015 to 2025. He has successfully executed several initial public offerings, capital market transactions (share issues and debt arrangements), and mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, he also acted as a Certified Adviser under the Nasdaq First North Growth Market rules, which has given him in-depth familiarity with listed companies’ disclosure obligations, interim reports, the Limited Liability Companies Act, and the Securities Markets Act.

Antti is accustomed to managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and has been praised by clients for his financial expertise as well as his efficiency and precision, even under high pressure. Antti has been familiar with the IR Partners team since 2017 through several IPO projects.

In his free time, you might find Antti out in the woods with his Shetland sheepdog, Koda, or out on his road bike or on the badminton court.
