Janna Laitsaari

Janna has experience in financial administration, communications, and sustainability roles in both the public and private sectors. Before joining IR Partners, she worked at Ellun Kanat and Rauta Sustainability Services on PR and sustainability projects.

Janna produces content with ease, from reports to podcasts, and is passionate about collaboration and success. Her strengths include various types of background analysis, information gathering, and project coordination. In addition, she’s familiar with sustainability reporting standards and has participated in many sustainability reporting projects.

Janna holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She communicates in Finnish and English. Janna approaches projects with a solution-oriented mindset, but keeps a people-oriented approach in everything she does.

In her free time, Janna gets excited about new hobbies and relaxes with a cup of tea, a crossword puzzle, and a true crime podcast. She dreams of a cottage in the archipelago.
