IR Partners strengthens its communications advisory offering for M&A and IPOs – Juha Pessala joins the team
IR Partners is strengthening its strategic capital markets communications services. Juha Pessala has been appointed as a communications consultant at IR Partners, with particular responsibility for M&A transactions and IPOs. Pessala brings nearly ten years of experience in corporate transactions, financing arrangements and the project management of complex transaction processes.
Success at critical turning points increasingly requires companies to combine financial, strategic and communications perspectives. In IPOs, acquisitions and divestments, financing arrangements and other significant periods of change, management must not only make the right strategic choices but also communicate the value-creation rationale behind them convincingly to investors, employees, customers and other key stakeholders.
To further strengthen its expertise in this area, IR Partners has appointed Juha Pessala to its team. Pessala has nearly ten years of experience in corporate transactions, financing arrangements and capital markets projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous acquisitions, divestments and financing projects, with responsibility for managing and coordinating complex transaction processes. His experience spans listed companies, family-owned businesses and private equity-backed companies.
