Juha Pessala

Juha has nearly 10 years of experience advising clients on M&A, financing arrangements and capital market projects as part of EY Corporate Finance. He has been involved in executing a wide range of complex transactions, taking responsibility for day-to-day project management and coordinating the various parties involved throughout the process. In addition to advisory experience, Juha has also gained hands-on experience in financial management and consulting.

The broad experience provides Juha with a strong understanding of businesses and their financial drivers, as well as the ability to approach complex situations from both management and shareholder perspectives. Juha is accustomed to leading demanding projects involving multiple workstreams, tight timelines and a wide range of stakeholders. Juha is known for his analytical and pragmatic approach, strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects effectively from planning to successful execution.
