Saija Serpola

Saija is a versatile corporate communications consultant with extensive experience in managing, developing, and effectively implementing communications strategies for companies across various industries and at different stages of development.

Saija brings added value to our clients, particularly in reputation management and strategic communications planning, IPO and M&A communications, defining and communicating corporate sustainability, and daily communications for public companies.

Saija has over 20 years of experience in demanding communications roles and has held senior positions at communications agencies, as well as serving as both an in-house and outsourced communications manager in both listed and pre-IPO companies.

Saija works in both Finnish and English. Saija holds a Master of Social Sciences (VTM) degree, with a major in communications. In her free time, Saija enjoys spending time outdoors in Espoo Central Park and at her cottages in the landscapes of Eastern Finland and Lapland. Sometimes she can also be found on the golf course with a club in hand.
