Year 2024 – a year of growth and renewal

For us at IR Partners (or, as we’re more commonly known, IRP), 2024 was a significant year of growth and renewal. Our team was strengthened by new experts who brought with them specialised expertise in sustainability communications, strategic corporate communications, and financial and investor relations. With these additions, we were able to respond to our clients’ growing needs effectively and comprehensively.

Our three business areas – strategic communications, sustainability communications, and investor and financial communications – all developed favourably. Our strategic communications team helped our clients navigate business transitions, such as acquisitions and organisational reforms. In sustainability communications, we focused on helping our clients identify and clearly communicate core sustainability themes, addressing both regulatory requirements and client needs. In investor and financial communications, we were involved in funding rounds, IPOs, and building investor relationships, supporting our clients in establishing sustainable relationships with the capital markets.

Toward the end of the year, we launched a project to shape our own corporate culture, aimed at enhancing the well-being of our top-tier team and providing everyone with a safe and inspiring work environment. At the same time, we refined our strategy to better meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Although 2024 was marked by both geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty, we also saw new opportunities driven by the green transition and the technology sector. This sets us up well for 2025!

Looking ahead to 2025

In 2025, we will continue our work on ongoing and newly launched client projects. We serve as a long-term partner to numerous internationally active Finnish listed companies in the strategic planning and implementation of impactful corporate, investor, and sustainability communications.

We prepare everything from investor narratives required for IPOs to double materiality assessments for sustainability development projects. We are excited about every opportunity to support our clients in these projects, in projects key to future development.

Our clients expect us to be visionary and capable of steering matters forward even in challenging situations. We take pride in our integrity and our ability to face challenges head-on. And above all, we’ll continue on our proven path with a positive spirit and attitude, while remaining flexible and agile in responding to changing circumstances.
