Tiina Niemi to strengthen IR Partners’ financial and investor relations team

Tiina Niemi has been appointed as a financial and investor relations communications consultant at IR Partners. Tiina is joining IR Partners from GRK Infra Oyj, where she has worked since 2022.

GRK was listed on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki in the spring of 2025, and Tiina participated in the company’s listing project. In addition, she helped build the company’s capabilities to operate as a publicly traded company by developing communication practices and financial reporting in close collaboration with management, finance and legal functions, and partners.

Tiina has 20 years of experience in diverse communications roles. Previously, Tiina has served as Communications Manager at Mandatum Plc, Posti Group Plc, SRV Group Plc, and the LähiTapiola Group, among others. In these roles, she has been responsible for financial and investor communications, media relations, crisis communications, various change projects, and supporting business operations through communications.

In all her roles, Tiina has been involved in corporate reporting, and she is well-versed in interim report projects as well as annual and sustainability reporting. In the financial sector, planning and executing communications related to financial topics and investing were an integral part of Tiina’s work.
